About Salvatore
A speaker, storyteller, and founder of EVRY1, a live storytelling movement dedicated to strengthening human connection through the power of authentic stories. Through live events, keynotes, and community conversations, Sam has created spaces where ordinary people share extraordinary stories of resilience, grief, identity, mental health, hope, and personal growth.
His own journey began with a remarkable fight for survival. Born 16 weeks premature and weighing only 580 grams, doctors warned his parents that he was unlikely to survive and, if he did, would likely face significant lifelong challenges. Defying those expectations, Sam grew up without lasting complications, developing a profound appreciation for resilience, purpose, and the value of every human life.
Having produced more than 35 storytelling events across Brisbane and Sydney, Sam now helps organisations, leaders, and communities build cultures of empathy, belonging, and psychological safety. His presentations leave audiences inspired to listen more deeply, communicate more authentically, and recognise the extraordinary impact every story can have.
