ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Effective 29 September 2026

1. Our commitment

Brimbravo is committed to making our website, member platform, content and digital services as accessible and usable as reasonably possible for people with disabilities, including people who are blind or have low vision, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, people with mobility limitations, and people with cognitive or neurological disabilities.

Accessibility is not treated as a separate version of the experience. Our aim is to build accessibility into the way the platform is designed, written, published and maintained.

2. Accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target benchmark for the parts of the website and member experience that we control.

We also aim to meet applicable accessibility obligations in the jurisdictions where we provide services, including Australian disability-discrimination requirements and, where applicable, European accessibility requirements.

A statement that WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our target does not mean that every page or third-party service is guaranteed to be fully conformant at all times. Accessibility is an ongoing process and we will continue to review and improve the platform.

3. What we are working to provide

Our accessibility work includes, where reasonably applicable:

  • clear page structure, headings and labels that can be interpreted by screen readers and other assistive technologies;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images and visual content;
  • sufficient colour contrast and avoidance of colour as the only way of communicating important information;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation and controls, with visible focus states;
  • content that remains usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed;
  • descriptive links and buttons that make sense in context;
  • forms with clear labels, instructions and understandable error messages;
  • captions or transcripts for important video and audio content where practicable;
  • avoiding unnecessary flashing, movement or time limits that could create barriers;
  • layouts that work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
  • plain, commercially direct language wherever possible.

4. Vision and screen-reader accessibility

We specifically aim to make key public and member functions usable by people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, browser zoom, high-contrast settings or other assistive technologies.

Important information should not be communicated only through images, colour, hover states or visual positioning. Where an image is decorative, it should not create unnecessary screen-reader noise. Where an image communicates information, we aim to provide a meaningful text alternative.

5. Video and audio content

Where we publish important video or audio content, we aim to provide captions, transcripts or another reasonably accessible alternative. Auto-generated captions may be used as a starting point but should be reviewed where the content is important to understanding the offer, membership or service.

Members who cannot access a video or audio resource in its published format may contact us to request a reasonable alternative format.

6. Documents and downloadable resources

We aim to make important downloadable documents reasonably accessible, including by using meaningful headings, readable text, logical structure and accessible tables where practical.

Some legacy, third-party or design-heavy documents may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in another format, contact Team@brimbravo.com and tell us what you need.

7. Third-party platforms

Brimbravo uses third-party platforms and services that we do not fully control. These may include WordPress, Divi, MemberPress, payment providers, Calendly, Zoom, Facebook, email providers, hosting providers and external event or podcast websites.

We will choose and configure third-party tools with accessibility in mind where reasonably possible, but their accessibility may depend on the third party. If a third-party service creates a barrier, contact us and we will consider a reasonable alternative where one is available.

8. Member community

Our private member community may be hosted on a third-party platform. We will moderate the community and aim to ensure that important membership information is not available only in a format that excludes members using assistive technology.

9. Known limitations and continuous improvement

Brimbravo is a developing platform. New pages, resources, integrations and member content may occasionally introduce accessibility issues. We do not want those issues to remain unreported or unresolved.

We will review accessibility as the website evolves, particularly when we introduce new templates, video content, forms, checkout flows, membership features or third-party integrations.

10. Requesting an accessible alternative

If you cannot access information, complete a transaction, use a member resource or participate in the platform because of an accessibility barrier, contact us. We will consider a reasonable alternative or adjustment where practicable.

Email: Team@brimbravo.com

When contacting us, it helps if you tell us:

  • the page, resource or feature you were trying to use;
  • the accessibility barrier you encountered;
  • the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if relevant; and
  • the format or adjustment that would help you access the information or service.

11. Accessibility feedback

We welcome practical feedback about accessibility. If something does not work with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, zoom, captions or another assistive technology, email Team@brimbravo.com.

We will review accessibility feedback in good faith and prioritise issues that prevent a person from accessing core membership information, purchasing a membership, managing an account or using essential member functions.

12. No reduction of legal rights

Nothing in this Accessibility Statement limits any right or remedy available under applicable disability, equality, accessibility, consumer or anti-discrimination law.
