1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Lightworker Business Summit (“Event”) hosted by BrimbleCorp Pty Ltd (“Brimble Media”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering, purchasing, or attending this Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of the Event

The Event is a live business training experience for spiritual entrepreneurs, including but not limited to psychics, healers, and energy workers.
Event inclusions may consist of live sessions, digital resources, templates, guest speaker content, and optional VIP upgrades as outlined on the sales page.

We reserve the right to change speakers, modify session content, or adjust delivery without refund obligation in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing, Currency & GST

• All prices are listed in USD.

• For Australian residents, 10% GST is included in the price.

• Your receipt will indicate GST if applicable and BrimbleCorp’s ABN.

• Non-Australian customers are not charged GST.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment must be made in full prior to access being granted.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the Event, materials, or digital content has been provided.

• Refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend will not be granted.

• Ticket transfers may be approved if requested at least 48 hours before the event.

5. Access & Participation

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the event.

• Sharing access with non-paying individuals is prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.

• We reserve the right to revoke access for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, content, recordings, slides, templates, and systems shared during the event remain the intellectual property of Brimble Media.

• These may not be copied, distributed, resold, or repackaged.

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials within your own business.

7. Guest Speakers

• Guest speaker sessions are provided for education and inspiration.

• Their views are their own. Brimble Media is not liable for outcomes based on third-party content.

8. Disclaimer

• All information is based on personal experience and strategic opinion.

• Nothing shared during the Event constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

• You are solely responsible for any business decisions you make.

• Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your effort, execution, and external factors.

9. VIP & Replay Access

• VIP access may include extended replays, bonus sessions, or group calls as listed on the checkout page.

• Replay access will be available for a limited time (e.g., 7 or 30 days) as specified per ticket level.

10. Technology & Force Majeure

• We rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Stripe, Kajabi, etc.) to deliver services.

• We are not liable for outages, technical faults, or internet disruptions.

• In the event of illness, force majeure, or system failure, we may reschedule or modify the delivery format.

11. Confidentiality & Respect

• You agree to maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared by other attendees.

• Recording or distributing any part of the Event without permission is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brimble Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Total liability is limited to the ticket price paid by the participant.

13. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing legal action.

• Disputes will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

14. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version will be posted on the event website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
