We are opening two positions for Associate Representatives based in the Philippines.
This is not a traditional VA role.
This is not low-pressure admin work.
This is a performance-driven environment for individuals who want to build real commercial skills inside a growing international representation firm.
We represent speakers, founders, athletes, experts, and media personalities across Australia, the USA, the UK, the Middle East, and global markets.
Your role is to help secure paid opportunities, build strategic visibility, and support commercial growth across our client portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting outbound outreach at volume
- Researching conferences, podcasts, corporations, and media opportunities
- Writing positioning and outreach copy that generates responses
- Managing consistent and professional follow-up
- Building relationships with decision-makers
- Maintaining pipeline movement and weekly reporting
- Identifying commercial opportunities others overlook
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience in lead generation and cold outreach
- Copywriting ability with attention to tone and positioning
- Understanding of sales psychology and persuasion
- CRM or pipeline management experience
- LinkedIn and email outreach capability
- Relationship management skills
Backgrounds in media, PR, sponsorship, partnerships, or business development are highly regarded.

Top performers who consistently exceed targets should realistically expect earnings of:
₱30,000 to ₱40,000+ PHP per week
