Vivianne Dawalibi

Leadership Under Pressure Keynote Speaker | Identity Transformation & Resilience Expert | Former UN Humanitarian Leader

Vivianne Dawalibi is a global keynote speaker, transformational coach, and former humanitarian leader with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, where she spent 20 years operating across eight war-affected countries.

Arriving in Australia as a refugee with unrecognised credentials, she rebuilt her life from the ground up, founding and leading two medical centres for over two decades before successfully exiting in 2025.

Now the founder of Future Power Academy, Vivianne equips leaders and organisations to perform under pressure, shift identity, and turn adversity into strategic advantage.

Topics

Talking Points

1. The Golden Key Unlocking the identity that was always yours You were shaped by survival. Now it is time to be defined by choice. This keynote helps leaders stop hiding who they are and start leading from it.

2. The Subconscious Shift From self-protection to self-love The patterns keeping your people stuck are not laziness. They are protection responses built in crisis. This session rewires the internal narrative and changes how people lead and perform.

3. Resilience Is Not Enough What 8 war zones taught me about leading through chaos Everyone talks about resilience. Nobody talks about what comes after it. This keynote goes deeper into clarity, identity, and the leadership decisions that only make sense when you have truly had nothing.

4. From Invisible to Inevitable How displacement becomes direction For every person who arrived somewhere new and was told their experience did not count. This is the roadmap from invisible to unstoppable, built from lived experience across cultures and continents.

5. The H.E.A.R.T. Framework Human-centred leadership that actually works A practical leadership model built from 40 years in humanitarian work, healthcare, and community development. Not theory. A framework that works when the stakes are real.

1. The credential nobody expected She walked into the UN with no degree and no experience and left 20 years later with a Nobel Peace Prize Certificate. What does that say about how we measure human potential?

2. The refugee who built the hospitals When Australia did not recognise her credentials, she did not wait for permission. She built two medical centres and sold them successfully in 2025. That is not just a resilience story. That is a strategy story.

3. The hidden cost of self-protection Most people are not failing because they lack skill. They are failing because they are still running survival patterns from their hardest season. Vivianne breaks down what that costs leaders and how to shift it.

4. What war zones teach you about leadership Eight conflict zones. Populations in crisis. Zero resources and maximum pressure. The leadership lessons from that environment are more relevant to corporate Australia than most executives realise.

5. The identity crisis nobody talks about in immigration Arriving with extraordinary experience and being told it does not count is not just a career problem. It is an identity fracture. Vivianne speaks to what that does to a person and how you rebuild from it.

6. Why “diversity speaker” is the wrong label Vivianne’s story is not about diversity. It is about what happens when a human being refuses to let the world’s definition of them become their own. That is a universal leadership message.

7. The Golden Key Her next book is the framework for everything she has built. The golden key is the moment you stop protecting the person you had to become and start unlocking the person you always were.
